| MEET STEVE KEARNEY | ||
 Stephen is the construction manager for MLI Builders. As the construction manager, he is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the company, managing the installation of the projects, meeting with homeowners to develop details and present solutions as well as developing strong client relations. Stephen brings over 18 years experience in the landscape industry ranging from small scale residential design to large scale planning and development. Stephen’s previous experience in the industry focuses on the management of many aspects of the landscape industry including but not limited to landscape design, planting and hardscape installation, and landscape maintenance. In conjunction with these aspects of the industry, he has also been involved with sales, procurement of materials and equipment and client relations. Furthermore, over the years, Stephen has developed an extensive knowledge of landscape and hardscape materials and enjoys bringing added value and detail to the landscape with hardscape elements. Stephen graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture in 1991. Originally from Louisiana, he moved to Houston in 1980. After high school and graduating from Texas A&M he then choose to begin his career in Houston and has now worked in the Houston area for the majority of his professional life. He currently resides in the Bellaire area with his wife and kids.
